Staffs are nice and supportive Free coffee at reception Breakfast nice Room clean Bed is big and comfortable Located near the BTS station (5 mins walk)

Water supply was not so stable, sometimes didn’t have hot water and quite weak. Nice location except rainy day, the road lead to the hotel was flooded.

Wonderful

We loved this place so much, the location was great just down the road from the bts line. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool was so lovely to cool down and relax in the evening after a big day of walking

The location and accessibility to nearby spots in sukhmvith. Breakfast was decent and nice. The roof pool.

The vibe of hotel corridors was very dul, which is fine but could improve. Else everything was amazing. However rooms needed more pillows

Paid extra for a pathetic balcony. There is nothing close to this hotel. No shade at swimming pool. Maybe staff could have offered some advice on how to get to see things

Good value for money, easy to get to places. But if you don’t speak Thai, it can be hard to speak to staff.

Close to subway, good A/C, good pool, nice view.

Cleanliness, found a cockroach in the hallway. not really any food around unless you can eat at stands.

A lovely hotel to relax in busy Bangkok

We loved the rooftop pool, very nice and clean, the room was good-sized and comfortable with a huge bed. All the necessary amenities were there: fridge, hairdryer, soap etc. The breakfast was very good too, a huge buffet with lots of choice!

The only downside was the location, the area is not the nicest. But you do have the metro 5 mins away.

Bangkok in general is getting very expensive won't ever go again.

1000% for the staff they are some of the best I have ever met in 65 years of travelling.

Breakfast was cold the food should have been kept heated.11/2 hours on the train to the centre by the time you got there it was time to come back.Bangkok in general is getting very expensive won't

I totally recommend it

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful, their breakfast was top notch and their facilities very neat and the pool was not crowded, apparently i was the only one at the pool for a nice photo session. Overall it was pretty good.

The key card should be two so when you go out and come back the room won't be so hot aside this setback every other thing is purrrrfect

The area is not overrun by tourists, with easy access to public transportation.

The ROMANCE is located in the narrow side street Sukhumvit 97, just minutes away from the Skytrain, station Bang Chak. A clean, secure, modern and very clean alternative public transportation that connects you with the other grids. The downloadable color copy of the Bangkok Rail Transit Network should be your companion. I did like the morning buffet with a daily variety of delicious Thai foods with complementary vegetables and fruits. Sunbathers will enjoy the spacious rooftop with a pool.

It took me some time to figure out where to find the international TV stations. A brief explanatory note would do the job.

Wonderful

The swimming pool was great. This hotel is quite nice for a short stay in Bangkok, though it is far from the city center. BTS is nearby so it partially solves this problem.
